03 // TERRESTRIAL DEPLOYMENT CLASS

Terrestrial installations are the commercial anchor of the division and the proving ground for every building subsystem that later deploys in more demanding environments. Three product tiers span the range from high-density urban to fully self-sufficient remote compound.

FIELDED

CELL

Urban Pod — 37 m² / 400 sq ft (Single Hex, 4.2 m edge-to-edge, 3.0 m ceiling)

High-density urban housing for Tokyo, New York, London, and equivalent markets. The space is small, so the interior is reconfigurable: Foundation Kinetics actuated furniture modules retract the bed into the ceiling and deploy the desk from the wall, converting a sleeping space to a working space in under thirty seconds. Full integrated building systems — circadian lighting, air quality, acoustic isolation — in a footprint smaller than a studio apartment.[10]

FIELDED

ESTATE

Family Configuration — 280–740 m² / 3,000–8,000 sq ft (7–15 Hex Cluster, 15–30 kW peak electrical)

The standard residential product. Central atrium hex with a living biological garden supplied by Cellular Foundry. Full building system integration including Stellar Furnace compact power module for off-grid operation. Seismic and hurricane hardening as standard. The configuration is modular — additional hexes add bedrooms, workshops, garages, or guest quarters without modifying the existing structure.

ADVANCED DEVELOPMENT

CITADEL

Sovereign Compound — Variable Footprint

Self-sufficient residential or institutional compound for remote, hardened, or sovereignty-critical locations. Antarctica, deep desert, high mountain, island. Power: Stellar Furnace micro-reactor or advanced battery-solar array. Food: Cellular Foundry bioreactors and Matter Kitchen feedstock systems. Designed for months to years of autonomous operation without resupply. The Citadel is the terrestrial analogue of the Selene and Geo-Core programs — a closed-loop habitat on Earth's surface.[11]
